Pauline Roberts, who joined the public sector in 1991, is the Acting Director of Human Resource Management & Development in the Ministry of Health in 2009. She wears a second hat: that of Human Resource Specialist on the Ministry’s Inter-disciplinary Transition Team (IDTT), a position which draws on her experience in change management and her aptitude in project management, strategic planning, and training and development.  Ms. Roberts has under her belt the Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and the Masters in Business Administration. She lists among her accomplishments the development of a comprehensive training budget to address technical professional gaps; and the coordination and monitoring of a training and development data base.
